How long does the cleaning process take?

The cleaning process typically takes 1-2 days once we receive your items. This includes cleaning, drying, and quality inspection before shipping back to you.

Is ultrasonic cleaning safe for my jewelry?

Ultrasonic cleaning is safe for most jewelry items, especially gold, platinum, diamonds, and many gemstones. However, some stones like pearls, amber, and opals should not be cleaned ultrasonically. We'll advise you if your items aren't suitable.

Our cleaning service packages include everything needed for a thorough clean: a detailed assessment of your items, professional ultrasonic cleaning, inspection, and quality assurance check. We provide specialized cleaning solutions for different types of items and industries, from medical equipment to automotive parts.

Each service comes with our satisfaction guarantee and includes careful handling of your items, environmentally-friendly cleaning solutions, and detailed documentation of the cleaning process if required.

We process major dirt. The items are checked. We then clean the item in our ultra sonic cleaners. The items will then be checked again. Items may be dropped into alcohol if needed. They are then dried. packaged and returned to the customer via registered post.

3. What is the maximum size of an object that can be cleaned?

We can cater for nearly PC and Laptop sizes with PCBs. Most barurettours and carburettor parts can be cleaned. We can also clean most small engine parts, such as pistons, valves, and cylinder heads.
Even the smallest parts can be cleaned, such as nuts, bolts, and screws. For delicate items of jewelry, necklaces, medals and chains we use a segregation container to ensure all parts of the jewellery are cleaned and returned to customer.

From receiving to cleaning, drying, and packaging, we track your items throughout the entire process. We use a unique tracking system to ensure accurate and efficient handling of your items. Once the cleaning process is complete, we carefully package your items and return them to you via registered post. You will receive a notification once your items are on their way back to you.

Under 'Your Account' you can edit your address, create a new order, view statuses, item images and get address labels and tracking numbers. You can change all your details under 'Your Profile'
You can update your address by logging into your account, clicking on 'Your Profile', and selecting 'Update Address'. Make sure to click 'Save Changes' after updating your information. Your new address will be used for all future orders and shipping labels.

2. Track Your Item's Cleaning Status

Log into your account to view real-time status updates of your items in our cleaning process. You can see when we receive your item, when cleaning begins, and when it's ready for shipping. Photos are uploaded at key stages so you can see the progress.

3. Update Item Delivery Address

You can easily manage delivery addresses for your items through your account. Simply go to your active order, select "Update Address" and update the delivery address (where we return to). Changes must be made at least 24 hours before delivery.

4. Downloading package address label for sending items to be cleaned

After creating your cleaning order, you can download your personalized shipping label:

Log into your account and go to 'Your Orders'
Select the order you want to ship
Click 'Download Shipping and Process Label' button
Print the label and securely attach it to your package
Take it to any 'An post' office or Post Office

Note: Each label is unique to your order and includes our facility address, order number and process number. Make sure to package your items securely before shipping.

2. First Cleaning

Our initial cleaning process involves several careful steps:

Pre-cleaning assessment to determine optimal cleaning frequency and temperature
Initial ultrasonic bath to remove surface contaminants
Progress check and photographs taken to document improvement
Secondary cleaning if needed for stubborn deposits
Alcohol dip treatment when required for complete moisture removal

All cleaning steps are documented and photos are uploaded to your account so you can see the transformation.

3. Alcohol Bath & Drying

Our alcohol bath process uses high-purity isopropyl alcohol to displace water from hard-to-reach areas. The alcohol's low surface tension allows it to penetrate tiny crevices and joints that water cannot easily escape from.
This gentle drying method is especially important for:

Registered post with tracking number for secure delivery
Tracking information is uploaded to your account and emailed to you

Note: All return shipments are through 'an Post' Parcel and require a signature upon delivery for maximum security.
